The Avengables are a ragtag team of heroes lead by Colonel Cobb, a retired military officer and expert strategist. Jimmy "Broc" Brockowitz serves as his second in command - a former soldier that is the lone survivor of their top secret experiments, leaving him with the ability to create bionic armor. The current roster also includes Audrey Thorne, AKA Sapphire, a powerful mutant that possesses telekinetic and psionic abilities. Thomas Fitzgerald, more notoriously known as Red Death, is their newest recruit - a former vigilante with issues towards authority. Together, they attempt to protect New Bloom City from Dr. Despairagus, his genetically modified Grunts, the mafia, bullies, thieves, corrupt politicians and countless other super villains.
